Shipping policy

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Once your package has shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping provider to ensure the safe arrival of your order. In the event your package isn't delivered an investigation will be held between the sender, receiver and the shipping agency which can take upto 21 business days to resolve.
